Cancellation window
You can cancel your Outly subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal, and your access remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Trials and paid subscriptions
Free trials end automatically at the end of the promotional period unless you choose a paid plan. For paid subscriptions, fees are billed in advance and are not prorated for partially used billing periods unless required by local law.
Refund requests
If you believe a billing error occurred, contact our support team with your account details within fourteen days of the charge. We review requests in good faith and confirm the outcome in writing.
Data and workspace impact
After cancellation, campaigns, drafts, and team settings remain available for a limited retention period so you can export data or reactivate your subscription. Once that period ends, data may be deleted in line with our privacy policy.
